Rajinikanth’s Vettaiyan is one of the much-awaited Tamil films of this year. Tj Gnanavel wrote and directed the Tamil action drama. The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, and Manju Warrier, among others. After 33 years, Rajinikanth and Big B will be sharing screen space together.

The movie was announced in March 2023 as ‘Thalaivar 170’. Tj Gnanavel, who earlier directed Jai Bhim with Suriya, narrated the story to the Jailer actor, who immediately liked the script. The cast began with the filming in October last year.

Chennai, March 20 (Ians) Tamil mega Star, Rajinikanth’s daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth (41) has lodged a complaint with the police that her gold jewellery and ornaments were missing from the locker in her residence.

She has named three of her servants to be behind the burglary at the residence. Aishwarya is living with her two sons, and the jewellery was kept in the locker at her home.

In her complaint with the Teynampet police station in Chennai, Aishwarya said that she was not staying in the home for long stretches and the house servants were frequenting the place. She said that the ornaments were worth Rs 3.6 lakh, but the value of the jewellery could be much more.

And then he turned producer making films that brought in the moolah — Velainnu Vandhutha Vellaikaaran, Kathanayakan and Silukkuvarpatti Singam (2016-2018). But, you instinctively knew that while those films were important to keep the finances going and to bankroll sensible projects, Vishnu was not happy being a part of them. That was not his sensibility zone. Psychological thriller Raatsasan in 2018 broke that mould, but nothing much came his way after that. Nine projects infamously got dropped.

Actor and producer Vishnu Vishal’s eagerly-awaited sports drama, ‘Matti Kusthi’ (Telugu) and ‘Gatti Kusthi’ (Tamil), will hit screens worldwide on December 2 this year, its makers announced on Friday.

The film, which is being directed by Chella Ayyavu, has the actor himself producing the film in association with Telugu star Ravi Teja.

This is the second back-to-back association of Vishnu Vishal with Ravi Teja, after ‘Fir’. Aishwarya Lekshmi plays the female lead in the film.

On Friday, the unit released a new poster of the film which has Aishwarya sitting majestically in a chair as Vishnu Vishal stands behind her.

The actor is reported to have said that despite being a sports film, ‘Gatti Kusthi’ will revolve around the relationship between a husband and his wife.

Vishnu Vishal plays the role of a wrestler in this film which will be high on action. The film is presently in the post-production phase.

Aishwarya Rajinikanth, the daughter of Superstar Rajinikanth who has donned the director’s hat for a third time, has called the team of her upcoming film, ‘Lal Salaam’, her ‘dream team’. The film, which was officially launched on Saturday, is being produced by Lyca Productions and will feature actors Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth in the lead.

Interestingly, the film would also have her dad, Rajinikanth, making a special appearance in it.

An emotionally moved Aishwarya Rajinikanth, who is making a return to direction after seven long years, took to social media to pen her thoughts on the development.

Chennai, Nov 5 (Ians) Actor Vikranth, who has been announced as one of the leads along with actor Vishnu Vishal in director Aishwarya Rajinikanth’s upcoming film, ‘Lal Salaam’, said that he can’t believe that this is really happening.

Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth will make a special appearance in his daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth’s upcoming film ‘Laal Salaam’, its makers announced on Saturday.

The film is being produced by well-known production house Lyca Productions and will feature actors Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth in the lead.

Taking to Twitter, Lyca Productions made the announcement saying: “‘Lal Salaam’ to everyone out there! We are extremely delighted to announce our next project, with the one and only Superstar Rajinikanth in a special appearance!
