Marcos Franz is a Spanish actor and musician. Marcos Franz began his career by appearing in the film "The Mosquito Net" (2010) directed by Agustí Vila, starred by Emma Suarez, Eduard Fernández and Geraldine Chaplin. At the age of 21 he made his first television debut on "Merlí" (2015), a Spanish Netflix series released to positive reviews.
By 2016, Marcos Franz worked on Paolo Sorrentino's "The Young Pope", playing Ángelo Sanchez, a young seminarian expelled from the Vatican.
Later, on 2017, he had an appearance in "Knightfall", where he played a young Lluis Prince of Catalonia, demonstrating his talent with the English language, which led him to win, the same year, the "Best International Promising Actor" award at the Sitges Festival.
