Big Time Rush are heading out on a global tour!

The boy band – Carlos PenaVega, James Maslow, Kendall Schmidt and Logan Henderson – announced the Big Time Rush In Real Life Worldwide global tour, where they are set to perform every song from every episode of the Nickelodeon series they got their start on.

For even more nostalgia, their co-stars and fellow musicians Katelyn Tarver and Stephen Kramer Glickman are joining them as their supporting acts!

Carlos PenaVega is looking back at his first time touring nationally with Big Time Rush and admitted that it was actually “really hard” having fellow boy band One Direction as their opening act.

The singer-actor — who makes up one-fourth of the American pop group alongside Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow and Logan Henderson — recently opened up about his experience with the British boy band as their openers on the Better With U Tour in 2012.

“After our show, fans were outside the theater chanting for One Direction,” PenaVega recalled on the Unplanned podcast. “That was really hard for us.”

He noted that Big Time Rush’s North American tour was revealed in the fall of 2011, well before One Direction was added. However, at some point between the tour announcement and them actually hitting the stage, the British group featuring Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson catapulted in global popularity.

The Big Time Rush actor and singer revealed over the holiday weekend that he and fiancée Mica have tied the knot – and they’re also expecting their first child.

The CW has long been one of the best supporters of Our Kind of Shows, and at this year’s Upfronts they put even more money where our hearts are. Of the six new shows announced for the fall and winter schedule, four are for us: The Originals, The Tomorrow People, The 100, and Star-Crossed. Now of course more than one has that trademark The CW soap opera-ish spin on it, but hey, not Every show is for every one of us.

Here to assist in our prejudging are synopses for all, via Deadline, and maybe even better, clips and/or TV spots. There’s not really anything new for The Originals, but fans will want to see it all again anyway. The Tomorrow People features the wonderful Mark Pellegrino so it’s my favorite of the four.

The actresses will be joining Ashley Benson of Pretty Little Liars, along with Big Time Rush band members Kendall Schmidt and Logan Henderson. Pop sensation Big Time Rush has also commited to providing original songs for the upcoming soundtrack.

Kevin G. Schmidt, who wrote the story, will also be featured in the cast. Here is what he had to say about this environmentally pointed tale.

Big Time Rush have released a new music video which features Keenan Cahill. In the clip, the lip-syncing specialist takes center while mugging and miming the band's single "Boyfriend". He's joined by the members of the pop group, Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, Carlos Pena Jr. and Logan Henderson.

The boys of have found a whole new voice for their second album, Elevate. James Maslow, Logan Henderson, Carlos Pena and Kendall Schmidt worked tirelessly to put together an infectious pop album that will no doubt please fans of their hit Nickelodeon TV show, but could earn them some new followers as well.

"We spent almost a year creating it," Maslow recently told MTV News.

"Between the four of us, we wrote eight out of the 12 songs, and everything from the album artwork to the title and, most importantly, the songs really have matured and are a better expression of who we are verses the first album, which was written for the TV show."

To say this month has been a "Big Time Rush" for James Maslow, Logan Henderson, Carlos Pena and Kendall Schmidt is an understatement. The boys from the hit Nickelodeon show released their sophomore album, Elevated, on Monday, just wrapped up shooting their new flick ("Big Time Movie") and on Thanksgiving, they will be singing the National Anthem before the start of the football game between the Dallas Cowboys and the Miami Dolphins.

MTV News caught up with Big Time Rush on Tuesday (November 22) to talk about their big Turkey Day performance.

"We are going to Dallas, which is where I grew up pretty much for 18 years of my life," Henderson said about performing in front of his hometown crowd at Cowboys Stadium.

Most of the members of Big Time Rush are big-time Cowboys fans.
