Maika Hara

Maika Hara is a Japanese actor. She began acting in 2006, making her screen debut in "Switching-Goodbye Me" directed by Nobuhiko Obayashi, the legendary Japanese filmmaker.
Since then, she has appeared in many films and television series, including "Segodon", a long-running historical drama series, and "Hitomonchakunarayorokonde", a drama series based on a popular Japanese comic.
She was most recently working on a feature-length animated film to be released sometime in 2025. In May 2025, she moved to Canada to pursue overseas acting opportunities.
In addition to acting, she has studied traditional Japanese kimono dress.
