Channel Awesome-Pocalypse! Some Thoughts The Latest News and Updates for Channel Awesome
Well, I wasn’t planning on writing about Channel Awesome, at least, not right away, but Jesus; that escalated quickly.

So, as of the moment I’m starting to type this, it’s Monday, the 26th of March, 2:00pm Pacific Time Zone, and in the last 48 hours or so, by my count, and I might be off here, but at least six and probably eight producers have resigned from Channel Awesome over the last 48 hours, and that number might be increasing, including but not limited to such names as Linkara, Todd In The Shadows, Diamanda Hagan, Rap Critic, Mike Jeavons, Sf Debris and Suede, some of those names have been apart of the site for almost a decade and I’m personally a fan of a lot of them, as well as several of the numerous past contributors, who, for some reasons got into a Twitter discussions about their...

‘Empire’ Producers, Fox Sued for $1.5 Billion for Copyright Infringement
Lee Daniels in Precious (2009)
An author is alleging that Fox, Lee Daniels, Danny Strong and others involved in the hit series “Empire” infringed his copyright, and he is suing for $1.5 billion in damages. In a lawsuit filed in federal court in Virginia, Timothy J. Levi alleges that the show borrowed heavily from his book “Unity Incorporated: The Mastermind,” which was published in 2007. Fox did not immediately respond to TheWrap’s request for comment. Levi alleges he gave a copy of his manuscript to Virginia lawyer Robert Walker, who made a copy of it and handed it over to Strong and Daniels at some point before.

‘Longmire’ Season 4 trailer talks about forgiveness and second chances
The fourth season of Longmire, something fans thought they’d never see after A&E’s cancellation of the show, is set to premiere on Netflix in less than a month.

The series, which is based on the Walt Longmire Mysteries series by Craig Johnson, now has a trailer for the upcoming season. Longmire will transition into a Netflix show in its fourth season, with Robert Walker reprising the titular role once again. Much of the principal cast is set to return alongside Walker, including Katee Sakhoff, Lou Diamond Phillips, Cassidy Freeman, Bailey Chase, and Adam Bartley.

The fourth season is set to pick up right where the third season left off, with the season synopsis as follows:

Walt Longmire (series star Robert Taylor), having found out who was behind the murder of his wife, succumbs to his darker impulses and takes off in pursuit of the killer with murder on his mind.

Tales From The Crypt Returns to Life on FEARnet This October
Remember Tales from the Crypt? Surely you do. It was a classic HBO series that echoed the famed Twighlight Zone in its presentation but borrowed heavily from modern (well, at the time I suppose) horror. The result was a wicked, demonic little show that rightly went down in history, thanks to the absolute sea of seat-filling names that attached themselves to the bill – Rob Zemeckis, Steven E. de Souza, John Frankenheimer, even Arnold Schwarzenegger and Tom Hanks lent the show their directorial eye, that’s just the kind of show it was. For all its lob-browery, it was held in high esteem, even by the industry that bore it.

And casts?! Forget about it! Featured through the series was Joe Pantoliano, Amanda Plummer, Kirk Douglas, Teri Hatcher, Christopher Reeve, Martin Sheen and Ewan McGregor, and believe me when I say, that was the tip of the iceberg. Tales from the Crypt really was a big,...
