Luke Scroggins(I)

Born and raised where city becomes Texas hill country on the outskirts of San Antonio. Luke Scroggins grew up with his four older siblings, camping, hunting, and venturing into the wilderness of his own back yard. It was here that he would learn the survival skills that would one day allow him to pursue his dream of becoming and action hero. Started on the piano at age 4, Luke quickly became a performer at heart. It would be another decade before his first professional theatre experience; but within moments of the curtain rising, Luke knew he belonged in front of an audience for life.

After years of conservatory training in acting, both at the North East School of the Arts in San Antonio, and Otterbein University: College of Theatre and Dance, Luke was ready to take on the west coast and made the road trip to Southern California with nothing but his piano, a BFA in acting, and an all-in attitude.

In classic Los Angeles fashion, Luke was welcomed into town by an array of challenges. However he quickly caught the eye of producer Guy Iorio and director Alex Crews of Gearmark Pictures, who recognized the young actor's budding talent and cast him in several Indy film projects starting in 2009. Shortly following, Luke began booking commercials, landed a recurring role on Days of our Lives in 2013, and recently earned his first co-star on ABC Family's "Switched at Birth." Luke has since gained attention from industry professionals drawn to his unusual ability to capture someone's attention with quick wit, acting abilities, good ol'boy nature, and bad boy edge. When not on set, Luke can be found mixing drinks behind your favorite bar, backpacking across the Sierras, & making music. Luke resides in Los Angeles, California.
