Ever since I've updated this blog, I've had the occasion to see short films. Speaking about Richard Powell's Worm, be sure that it manages to beat some feature films when it comes to making an introspection of its leading character.
The short film introduces us to Geoffrey Oswald Dodd (Robert Nolan), a seemingly normal High school teacher. As we spend one day with Geoffrey, we see that something is wrong with him. In fact, while he looks sane on the surface, he has rather dark thoughts in his mind. This means that there are many people around him that Geoffrey doesn't like.
At the beginning, I thought that the short was going to be extremely boring and and that it will only show Geoffrey cultivating dark thoughts just for the sake of it. However, Worm, in the end, turned out to be a clever short film. In fact, the...
