Mark Labbett,49, married 22-year-old bride Katie, a distant relative and she has helped him to trim down by eliminating sugar from his diet. He and Katie were married on October 2014 at Arundel Cathedral in West Sussex, England.

He taught in secondary schools, and worked as a supply teacher in math and physical education.

Due to over-consumption of sugary foods, he had to have his upper teeth removed and now wears false ones in their place.

Mark Labbett, won £32,000 when he was a supply teacher from Newport, as a contestant on series 19 of the UK version of Who Wants to be a Millionaire in April 2006.
