Xander Jeanneret [Jon-er-ay] was born in Orlando, Florida, but spent his childhood in the Midwest of the United States. He lived and went to school in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and earned his Bachelor of the Arts at Luther College in Iowa. Though he finds his roots in the Midwest, Xander's life has branched out around the world. Xander has spent time in Greece, Italy, Canada, Mexico, France, England, and lived for one year in Nagasaki, Japan. He now lives in Hollywood, California.

Xander's first exposure to the stage was at a very young age, with involvement in his elementary school and community plays. He continued to be heavily involved in both, and was eventually able to perform in many diverse roles. From Annie's Daddy Warbucks to Grease's Danny Zuko, Xander was able to give stellar performances as both an actor and vocalist. At Luther College, Xander was better able to hone his acting skills, and participated in many original, collaborative, and classic performances. Xander flexed his abilities in Noises Off, Big Love, Beyond Therapy, Hair, and Square Stories, as well as explored movement in Portals and So Tech, So Savvy. Aside from performing on stage, Xander also participated behind the scenes, as a director and designer for both "Art" and Kabuki Lady MacBeth. Xander majored in Theatre/Dance, and minored in Art and International Studies, with training in Costume and Makeup Design as well as Acting, Dance, Directing, and Choreography. Xander participated in private vocal lessons and choirs for many years throughout High School and College. He has had radio voice-over training, and was a DJ for Luther's radio station, KWLC. From 2007 to 2008 Xander lived in Nagasaki, Japan. He attended the Nagasaki University of Foreign Languages and majored in Japanese through a one-year program. Xander still has a solid hold of the Japanese language, and is excited at any opportunity to use it. While in Nagasaki, Xander was a member of the Toppuu Yosakoi club, a dance program that permanently changed his dance and choreographic style. Xander brought the yosakoi style of dance back to Luther College, and started a successful dance group that performed throughout the year, including an invited performance at the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize Forum. With an interest in technology given to him from his late father, Xander plunged into the fascinating world of graphic design during his time at Luther. He specialized in creating promotional material for Theatrical shows and art pieces. Before he knew it, Xander had created a sizable amount of posters for many of the school's performances that could be found all over campus for multiple years. Xander spent January of 2009 in London, England, and was able to study theatre at the historic sites of Stratford-Upon-Avon and West End. In April of 2009 he was able to participate in the dance festival Performatica in Cholula, Mexico, and was invited to teach at the 2011 conference. Since his move to Los Angeles in June of 2009, Xander has been excited to contribute to the world of film. He landed the lead role of Joe Cohen-Lewis in Reydon Shores' Camp Virginovich, Bill in Christopher Showerman's Radio America, as well as many short films, commercials, voice over, and new media projects.
