Born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria.

Has a degree in Computer Science from St.John's University in New York; graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Wrote Franko (2010) in 17 hours non-stop.

Received a call in November of 2009 from the Indie S.F.M.A festival officials in Long Beach, CA that his Script Franko(2010) won the Grand Prize in the short script category. "I thought it was a prank call, I was wrong".

Naji means "survivor" in Arabic.

"j" in Naji is a soft "j" think French words "je suis", "jolie".....

Adopted his father's first name Naji as his last name shortly after his dad passed away.

The scars on his forehead are from a motorcycle accident he had at 18; he still rides.

(November 1, 2014) Made his stage debut in Rest Upon the Wind portraying Khalil Gibran at the Royal Cultural Center in Amman, Jordan.

Often collaborates with Director Ari Dassa.

Will make his North American stage debut as Khalil Gibran, in Rest Upon The Wind, in New York City (October 2015).

Raised in the Druze Faith.

Is a member of the National Golden Key Honours Society.

While in college, he made the Dean's list for outstanding academic achievement.

He got praise from director Peter Sattler and producer Gina Kwon for improvising his scene in Camp X- Ray opposite Kristen Stewart.
