Arun Marwah is a director, playwright, and actor with extensive experience in theatre and media. He is the Director of Megastar Academy of Dramatic Arts in Gurgaon and has worked with Discovery Channel, National Geographic Channel, and other networks as a scriptwriter and translator.
A B-High Grade Drama Artist at All India Radio, New Delhi, Arun has adapted, directed, and performed in several renowned plays, including Shakespearean classics (*Othello, Julius Caesar), Greek tragedies (King Oedipus, Trojan Women), and iconic Indian plays (Tughlaq, Andha Yug, Ashaadh Ka Ek Din, Bakri, Aala Afsar). He has also written and directed original works such as Tanhai, Tabbar Joga Singh Da, and Gumnam Shaheed.
Notably, Arun played a pivotal role in the early career of National Award-winning actor Rajkummar Rao, selecting him for his first stage performance in a leading role. While Rajkummar calls himself "the chosen one," Arun believes he was the fortunate one to witness his brilliance from the start.
