A Twist of Christmas is a heartwarming holiday love story with an engaging cast that will leave you feeling warm and fuzzy. This Lifetime Christmas movie wastes no time in introducing its main characters and gets straight to the plot, creating an enjoyable and fast-paced viewing experience. The chemistry between the lead actors and their children is fantastic, and the cozy set design and talented cast only add to the charm of A Twist of Christmas.

A Twist of Christmas is a classic holiday love story with a recognizable cast at the center helping to make it a warm winter watch. In A Twist of Christmas, a single mother, Abby Hewitt, accidentally switches her son's present with that of single father, Ryan Cooper's, daughter. Though the pair could not be more different, their children immediately take a liking to one another and plot to get their parents together for Christmas.

The newest addition to The CW's Arrowverse is Camrus Johnson's Luke Fox on Batwoman, the sometimes reluctant tech-wiz behind Kate Kane's cowl.

In real life, Camrus grew up in Georgia where he had plans to go into the military. When he realized, at around age 15, that the military wasn't the career he wanted, his mother imparted some words of wisdom that he's never forgotten.

Describing those early years over the phone, he took a moment to get the words exactly right.

"Her words were... What did she say? She said, 'You like to be loud and obnoxious. Try acting.' So, I did."

"Loud and obnoxious" couldn't be farther from the mark as Johnson was warm and relaxed as he shared freely about his path from high school drama classes to Batwoman and the role of Luke Fox.

Oh, ick. Batwoman Season 1 Episode 5 lands a lot of emotional punches, but its first is the gag-inducing intro of Alice peeling patches of skin off of corpse thighs. Urgh.

But it definitely got our attention. And Luke's. And Batwoman's.

And it's nicely timed for Halloween, I guess.

This was Alice's episode from start to finish. No VotW to muddy the waters. Not even a heist (besides the skin thing) to boost the action.

Even the scenes that didn't directly feature Alice or her backstory still involved Alice and her backstory.

Batwoman followers will recognize Vancouver-based actor Brendon Zub as the former Crow Security agent turned traitor, Chuck Dodgson, who is romantically involved with arch-villainess, Alice, and until very recently, a "secured" guest of the Bat Cave.

And he'll seem very familiar to fans of holiday made-for-tv movies as he has more than half a dozen of those under his belt as well as a recurring role as Trip Bailey on The CW's Charmed (2018).

Zub is also no stranger to the Arrow-verse, appearing in the pilot episode of The Flash in 2014 in a role which could've become recurring but ultimately didn't.

This turned out to be a blessing in disguise as the writer of the Batwoman pilot episode was initially concerned that he'd be recognized as his previous character, Kyle.
