Ciena Rae Nelson was born in LA where she began acting as a child. After booking her fist pilot audition and recurring role on MTV's "Hard Times," she stepped away to earn a degree. Since returning to Los Angeles, Ciena has worked both on camera, and in production, on music videos, commercials as well as feature films and shorts. She continues to train at top studios in both Los Angeles & London. Her groundbreaking advocacy for visible skin conditions garnered international recognition after going viral on socials. Ciena remains deeply engaged in independent film, theatre, and advanced craft study-devoted to telling bold, character driven & impactful stories.
