      He played the piano and contributed to the revue, "Then Again, A New Lyric Revue", at the Lyric Theatre in Hammersmith, London, England with Desmond Barrit, Dawn French, Sheila Hancock and Neil Mullarkey in the cast. Neil Bartlett was the director. Alan Bennett, Noël Coward, Dawn French, Jennifer Saunders, Graeme Garden, Ken Hoare, Harold Pinter, N.F. Simpson, David Wood, Julian Clary, Richard Curtis and Stephen Fry were also the writers.
