Lauren was born and raised in Central Florida. Her career on stage
began at the age of 6 when she was given the lead role in a school
play.
She began college when she was 16 and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the age of 20. Then she moved to London to pursue a Master's degree in TV/Film Production with focus on Broadcast Journalism.
While in London, she worked in student television covering major stories. She became a skilled "one man band" journalist with knowledge and experience in writing, filming, interviewing, presenting and editing. She also interned at the BBC as a producer. For her dissertation, she traveled to South Africa and produced an in depth documentary on AIDS orphans.
Once Lauren completed her Master's Degree and returned to the U.S., she decided to pursue acting. She now resides in Los Angeles.
