Vincent Bellon (full name Vincent John Bellon) is born from humble, hardworking Italian parents, and was raised in Toronto Ontario Canada. His ethnically ambiguous look is a unique trait that has assisted him in booking numerous roles as both an Actor and Stunt Performer. Some of his television series credits include: Saving Hope, Killjoys, Mayday, Warehouse 13 and much more. He also has acted in films: The Black Dawn, The Warriors Maccabee: Fight for the Holy Land, Night Call, Damages etc. Vincent has appeared in a variety of advertisements as well; some of which include commercials for Home Hardware, Spike TV and Adidas. He also broadened his avenues and utilized his vocals in Voice Over work for corporate videos, films and radio. He is bilingual, speaking both English and Italian.
It is because of his edgy appearance that he found success at being cast as the 'tough guy.' However, Vincent also thrived when portraying such roles as the loving husband, emotional father and handsome hero. Over the years, he has expanded his abilities to accurately represent intonations of other ethnic accents and voices. He can be quite convincing in portraying individuals of Italian, American, Australian, Jamaican and Russian descents. Vincent can also imitate some of the great famous voices of celebrities and cartoon characters of today.
Formally, Vincent has honed his skills in Improv at the Second City Training Centre: Toronto where he successfully completed and obtained the complete Improv Program Certification (Levels A - E). What sets Vincent uniquely apart from so many, are the numerous diverse and specialized skill sets he has acquired throughout the years that go beyond the scope of Acting. For over 40 years, he has been studying a variety of Martial Arts disciplines. To date, he has successfully earned the rank of (3rd degree) black belt in Kempo Karate and a 3rd Level rank in the Israeli fighting style of Krav Maga. To his credit, Vincent has participated and won many mixed martial arts tournaments. Along with these disciplines, he is also fluent in many other forms of self defence, weaponology and boxing.
Collectively, Vincent's training and skill sets have allowed him to distinguish himself as a multifaceted and versatile performer--an asset to any production. Professionally, his portfolio includes past employment as a Police Officer, to presently working as a professional Firefighter. Vincent utilizes the real-life experiences that he has gained from both law enforcement and fire rescue and incorporates them in related acting roles.
Vincent is writing a super-natural, psychological thriller fiction novel. He hopes to get his book finalized in the near future. Once published, he plans on converting his story into a screenplay.
As a life-long learner, Vincent has gained many important tools that he placed in his life's resume tool box. He is a hard worker both on and off set, professionally and in his personal life. Vincent is definitely a man of conviction and is dedicated towards the love of his craft.
