Ray Foreman(I)

Ray Foreman is a meteorologist with a broadcasting background going back to the early 1990's. Some of his first work in television work includes The Morning Scoop which aired on the ABC affiliate in Springfield, MO. Ray Foreman is now the Chief Meteorologist for the ABC affiliate in Joplin, MO. He made a few appearances on CNN in the aftermath of the 2011 Tornado that claimed 161 lives in the Joplin area.
