Emily , Singer, songwriter, musician, producer, born in Montreal, Canada, to a Polish father Avi Karpel, a guitarist and sound-engineer, and an Iraqi mother, a business woman, they all moved to Israel when Emily was three. Emily grew up in a music-oriented family and started writing, composing, and performing from a young age. Her professional career started at the age of 15 as a member of a band and dance company. When reaching 20 Emily became the backing vocalist/guitarist of Israel's famous female Solo Rock Artist Riki Gal . Later she collaborated with NOMO HEROES in a remake for for French duo Air, "Surfing On A Rocket" - that was globally released in 2004 (VIRGIN/EMI). In 2005, Emily joined "Metropolin" singing Toch Daka, participating in the first album and touring for 8 month's throughout Israel. 2006-2008 emily wrote and recorded what turned to be her Debut Album NEMASHIM (freckles ) 2008, Emily began the campaign for her upcoming debut album "Nemashim" ("Freckles"). The extensive airplay of the four singles - brought a fresh, lively exuberance into the Israeli pop mainstream.........
