Biography

Chloe Lake was born and raised in Skopje, The Former Yugoslav Republic Of Macedonia as Kalinka Pajvanska. She studied acting at the National Academy For Theatre & Film Arts in Bulgaria. She spent the next few years in Dublin where she landed her TV debut role in the series "Proof" and performed in numerous theater and independent film productions. Following her passion for TV & film, she come to Los Angeles as a film acting student at the New York Film Academy and accepted Chloe Lake as a stage name. She has performed in a number of independent films as well as theatre and musical theatre productions.

Kalina Vanska was born and raised in Skopje, Macedonia in a family of PhD professors: law and architecture respectively, as Kalinka Pajvanska.

With her love to inspire and entertain through thought-provoking stories, Kalina decided to pioneer an acting career by studying at the prestigious National Academy for Theatre & Film Arts, Sofya, Bulgaria.

With her innate Eastern-Eauropean edge, she is at best playing police and espionage agents, no non-sense white collar professionals, perverse artists, high-maintenance neurotics and disturbed and extreme women.

She has worked with a couple of TV and Film Award-winning directors: Ciaran Donnelly on the Irish TV thriller "Proof" where she made her TV debut and with Odera Ozoka on the American horror short "Stick Figueroa".

Beside her acting education, she has trained as a singer and a dancer as well.

She is an active SGI Buddhist and loves outdoor sports and vegan foods.
