Jeff was born and raised in Los Angeles. In addition to writing and
producing, Jeff has appeared in indie film and on stage playing quirky
character roles. Jeff's love of acting began by watching his father,
Glen Vernon, who was under contract at RKO Studios in the 1940's and
later did TV character work.
