Rob Schneider Apologizes to Daughter Elle King Following Her Criticism: “I Love You Completely”
Image
Rob Schneider apologized to his daughter Elle King following her criticism of him, telling Tucker Carlson he hopes she will forgive him.

King opened up about her relationship with her father earlier this week, when she said on Bunnie Xo’s podcast Dumb Blonde that Schneider wasn’t involved in her life growing up.

“Right now, we’re not flowing,” she said and added that she will go years without seeing him. “I disagree with a lot of the things that he says. And he is just, I don’t know, you can want someone to change so much. And, ultimately, you can’t control anyone else’s actions. You can’t control people’s feelings. All you can control is how you react and what you do with your feelings.”

Schneider, a comedian and former Saturday Night Live actor, has repeatedly been criticized for his jokes about women and transgender people,...

Being a child of a famous Hollywood celebrity is difficult enough, but being estranged from a parent is another story, and Rob Schneider’s daughter, Elle King, knows what it is like. The singer details her heartbreaking story about how she and her father lost contact with each other.

This case is reminiscent of Tom Cruise’s situation with daughter Suri, his child with Katie Holmes. The latest rumors claimed that the actor had cut her out from his life, but this was never confirmed.

Elle King Shares Real Relationship With Father Rob Schneider

Elle King makes a heartfelt confession on the Dumb Blonde podcast and reveals she hasn’t spoken to her father, Rob Schneider, for quite some time. “I go for, like, four or five years without talking to my dad,” she said.

The musician recalled how she was “lost in the...

Exclusive: Rob Schneider Dives Into Daddy Daughter Trip and Other Upcoming Projects
Image
Comedy legend Rob Schneider is as busy as ever. In addition to his new comedy, Daddy Daughter Trip, which hits digital on December 5th, the SNL alum can be heard in the new Adam Sandler film Leo on Netflix. There’s also some buzz about a new film hitting Paramount+ in the future. (More on that later.)

The big news is that in Daddy Daughter Trip, Schneider headlines a humorous modern-day adventure in the genre that catapulted his career into stardom back in the late 1980s. The heartwarming family-friendly comedy, which Schneider also directed, finds the star playing Larry Bublé, a down-on-his-luck inventor struggling to keep his family afloat. Things take a curious and comedic turn when Larry promises to give his eight-year-old daughter the best spring break ever.

In addition to its charm, the outing happens to be a bona fide family affair as Schneider’s real-life family members,...

The Animal sequel set to be written and directed by Rob Schneider for Tubi
Image
In today’s news that I’m almost positive you didn’t see coming, Deadline has revealed that Rob Schneider is developing a sequel to The Animal for Tubi.

The original film was released over twenty years ago and found Rob Scheider playing Marvin Mange, a police station evidence clerk who is critically injured and put back together by a mad scientist who gives him animal parts in a transplant procedure, resulting in strange changes to his behaviour. The Animal sequel will once again star Rob Scheider as Marvin, who is now an old dog who needs to learn new tricks as he hunts down a new uber-animal with powers far beyond his own. Deadline hears that Marvin will get into yet another accident and will have to be put together yet again with new animal parts. In addition to starring in the sequel, Rob Schneider will also direct, produce,...

‘The Animal’ Sequel Starring & Directed By Rob Schneider Nears Greenlight By Tubi
Image
Exclusive: More than two decades after The Animal was released, the Rob Schneider comedy movie is getting a sequel on Fox’s AVOD platform Tubi. Schneider is back and will reprise his starring role as Marvin Mange, a police evidence clerk whose behavior changed after he got animal parts transplanted following a critical injury. He also co-wrote the script, produces and will direct the sequel whose greenlight hinges on Fox finalizing a deal with the studio behind the original film, Revolution.

In keeping with the theme of the movie, the official logline for the sequel, tentatively titled The Animal 2, is as follows: Marvin Mange, now an old dog, needs to learn new tricks as he hunts down a new uber-animal with powers far beyond his own.

I hear in it, Marvin, now retired, gets into an accident and has to be put together again with new animal parts. He goes...

Rob Schneider at an event for 2008 MTV Movie Awards (2008)
Berlin — Teaming two of the most energetic players on the new Spanish-language content scene, El Estudio and Infinity Hill are teaming to produce “Amor es Amor,” Rob Schneider’s Spanish-language movie debut as both an actor and director.

That includes creating a fake relationship with former pop sensation, Sofia. The mastermind behind the whole scheme is Julian Rodin (Schneider), a big TV network honcho, who is secretly having an affair with Sofia.

“Amor es amor” marks the latest turn in a career which saw Schneider debut in 1990 as a writer and soon after cast member on “SNL,” then break out out in movies in “Deuce Bigalow – Male Gigolo” in which he created one of his most famed characters,...
