Christian Sloan is a Canadian actor, the first-born son of Bill & Millie, who immigrated from Northern Ireland in the Sixties. Christian's first silver-screen experiences were the one-two punch of Star Wars and Superman at the end of the Seventies, igniting a deep-rooted love for storytelling that endures to this day.
Christian's award-winning, ever-expanding career includes a wish-list of characters and roles he envisioned as a child in sunny backyards and dark basements; Cowboys and Aliens, heroic Elves and Dark-Magicked Swordsmen, mysterious Assassins and Intergalactic Bounty Hunters. He has spent decades honing his craft with mentors from all disciplines of acting, years on-set learning all aspects of the business, yet never lost that spark of joy, that enchantment with storytelling, that essential ability to lose yourself and become a stitch in the fabric of the tale.
Christian has been fortunate to work with some of the most influential storytellers of the 21st century: Bill Condon (Twilight:Breaking Dawn), Francis Lawrence (AppleTV+ See), Justin Lin (Star Trek Beyond), Adam Wingard (Deathnote), Oz Perkins (Twilight Zone) and Duncan Jones (Warcraft).
Christian is also an accomplished Voice Actor with an already impressive resume. His breakthrough was the lead role of the mysterious, tightly-wound Dr. Richard Strand in the hit podcast The Black Tapes. This groundbreaking podcast recently celebrated over 100 million downloads, with the enigmatic Dr. Strand fueling endless discussions online, with lively debates, copious fan-art and some rather passionate Stanning. He currently voices the legendary anti-hero Wolverine for Marvel with Marvel Move, and has recently completed a season's worth of work for two characters on an upcoming season of a hit cartoon.
Christian resides in Vancouver with his wife Marcee, a renowned portrait photographer, and their young son. He is represented for both Film & TV and V.O. by Trisko Talent.
