Biography

Matt Walst tried to audition for guitar in Three Days Grace in 2000 it did not work. However he co-wrote for the first album and 2012's "Transit of Venus.".

Their song "Animal I Have Become" from their One X album won song of the year upon it's release.

Originally formed as Groundswell in 1992, until the members of Groundswell parted ways in 1995. In 1997 they later reformed into Three Days Grace.

Adam Gontier (The old singer) left the band in 2013. He got replaced by Matt Walst (Singer of My Darkest Days and Brad Walst's brother) this change caused a lot for the band, eventually to get back to their old Hard rock roots in 2015 they released "Human" it was another success just like their first 3 albums.

Three Days Grace originally did song covers before their first album "Three Days Grace.".
