Molly Gazay is an award-winning actor, singer-songwriter, and sci-fi writer, often bringing a natural authority with a rebel's edge and a protector's soul to her characters. Known for her dynamic work in genre-driven storytelling, she starred as the lead in the horror-comedy feature Halloween Candy (2025) with Amber Rothberg, directed by Douglas A. Plomitallo distributed by Terror Films, now streaming on Tubi. Her performance earned her producing roles on the film's upcoming sequels, HC2 and reprising the role of Liza and the writer for HC3.
Her critically recognized performances in indie films such as Falling Planes (2019) (Best Actress), It's the Little Things (2020) (Best Actress) with Jo-anne Lee (Best Supporting Actress) with Seamus Davey-Fitzpatrick have screened at top festivals including Soho International, Long Island International Film Expo, Nice International Film Festival and more. As a singer-songwriter, her original music has been featured in numerous indie films including Ms. Pink produced by Lauren McCann and for Her Turn produced by Rachel Black Spaulding and pilots at festivals including Cannes, Dances with Films, SeriesFest, and Chelsea Film Festival. Her latest album, MANIC, blends dark pop rock with cinematic storytelling.
As a writer, Molly has written several award winning films and authored the anthology Tales from the Edge of the World, further cementing her voice as a multi-hyphenate creator with a passion for the supernatural, surreal, and deeply human storytelling. Her dream is to be a recurring character on Star Trek: Strange New Worlds (2022) and the whole universe.
In her spare time, Molly loves going on hikes with her dog "Ghost", (Yes, named after the dire wolf in GOT!), traveling the world with her fantastic husband (favorite place thus far was Greece), doing yoga, reading graphic novels and tending to her lush indoor and outdoor gardens.
