Samuel López is an actor and producer originally from Málaga, Spain. He grew up in a large and close-knit family with his sisters (Sandra and Tamara) and younger brother (Manuel), surrounded by the sun-soaked charm of the Andalusian coast. In 2017, he graduated with a degree in Drama from ESAD Málaga-the same acting school where Antonio Banderas trained-and later moved to Madrid to further his studies through the Actor Creator Master's Program at MADS - ESCAC, led by casting directors Eva Leira and Yolanda Serrano.
His career spans film, television, and theatre, and he is known for an honest, fresh, and emotionally engaged acting style. In recent years, he has also stood out as a creator and producer of original content, developing projects that blend social commentary, humor, and a generational perspective.

- "Toxic Positivity" (Positividad Tóxica): A series in development with Alpha Producciones, where Samuel serves as producer and lead actor. The project won the top prize at Ventana CineMad and received a Special Jury Mention from Film Madrid. It has been featured at festivals such as San Sebastián and Sitges, and selected by industry platforms including Iberseries & Platino Industria (Sony Pictures Showcase) and the Opera Prima Lab at ESCAC.
- "The Anatomy of a Moment" (Anatomía de un instante, 2025): Samuel portrays Alfonso Guerra in this Movistar Plus production directed by Alberto Rodríguez, which revisits the dramatic events of Spain's failed coup d'état on February 23, 1981.
- "The Fallout Shelter" (El refugio atómico, 2024): A dystopian series created by Álex Pina and Esther Martínez Lobato (Money Heist), produced by Vancouver Media for Netflix. Set in a luxury bunker during the outbreak of World War III, Samuel stars alongside Miren Ibarguren, Joaquín Furriel, and Natalia Verbeke.
