Myrna de Casenave is a Puerto Rican actress, comedienne, and producer. She has been a major force in comedy since the early days of Puerto Rican television. She began her career as a theatrical actress and later became a featured performer on the sitcoms "Mi Hippie me Encanta", "Esto no tiene Nombre", "Cuqui" and the telenovela "El Idolo".

Her career has spanned television, comedy recordings, Broadway, and motion pictures, enjoying acclaimed success. She has won many awards including 10 Agueybana Awards for best comedienne.

Prior to her death in 2031, she was the host of the formerly longest-running daily television show at PBS "Mirna, Chispi y la Gente de hoy" transmitted in US via WAPA America.
