Geneviève Perron

Geneviève Perron is a director of photography based in Montreal. She has photographed a number of award-winning features, short films, documentaries, tv series and commercials. Her recent projects included second unit photography for Pet Sematary, principal photography for Father and guns 2 and tv series Les Simones (Radio-Canada). She has been nominated at Jutra Awards for Best Cinematography in a feature film for Camion (2013), won Best Cinematography Award at FilmLabFestival for Là où je suis (2014), Gemini Award for Best Documentary Cinematography for Le théâtre des opérations (2015) and Gemini Award for Best Direction of Photography (humour) for Bye bye 2017. She also share her passion for cinematography as a professor at l'École des Médias, University of Quebec in Montreal. She is a proud member of the Canadian Society of Cinematographers.
