Harvey Glazer is an award-winning director and producer with 20 years' experience in the film and television industry. His directing resume includes 6 feature length films, over 200 music videos, and extensive commercial and television work. As a producer and Executive Producer, he adds 10 horror/thriller genre films and hundreds more music videos and commercials and to his credit.
In 2006 Harv directed "Kickin It Old Skool" for Oscar winning producer Bob Yari (Crash, The Illusionist). The film was seen in wide release on 2000 screens across North America and went on to achieve extremely successful DVD sales worldwide.
Following that, Harv directed the horror/comedy film "Bitten" starring Jason Mewes and "Van Wilder 3" for Paramount Pictures produced by Robert Levy (Wedding Crashers, Point Break, Serendipity) at Tapestry Films.
Recently he had directed 3 feature length documentaries; "Jack of all trades" which focuses on the scam of the baseball card industry through the 80's and 90's, "Sweet Daddy Siki" which revolves around the racial struggles of one of the first black wrestling superstars and "20 Moves" which explores the true origins of the world's best-selling puzzle toy the Rubik's Cube.
Harv has worked with many talented music artists including Drake, Rihanna, Michael Buble, Shawn Mendes, Trey Songz, Shaggy, Blink 182, Nelly Furtado, Live, Something Corporate, Classified, Busta Rhymes, Snoop Dogg and Lady Antebellum, to name a few.
In 2013 Harv produced Drake's "Started from the Bottom" music video and won 2 BET video awards including best video and best hip-hop video as well as an MMVA for best Rap Video and an MTV nomination. Harv also produced the MTV, BET and MMVA nominated video for Rihanna's "Work".
Harv has been nominated for 30 MuchMusicVideo Awards as a director and has won 3, in addition to his numerous wins as a producer and executive producer. Most recently he took home a 2017 MMVA for Best Pop Video as producer on the Shawn Mendes music video "Mercy".
