Rajkumar R. Pandey was born on 6 October 1972 in Gonda Oudh, Uttar Pradesh, India. He is a producer, director and music composer known for his works in Bhojpuri films. He is the founder of Saideep Films.
He has started his career as assistant director in (Salaami (1994) and Udhaar Ki Zindagi (1994). Also directed Hindi film Mahiya: Call of Love (2005) and more than 300 episodes of Television Soaps for different TV Channels. Later he decided to move in production and direction of Bhojpuri films and established a banner Saideep Films, under which he has made several bhojpuri films.
