She first appeared on Freaks & Geeks (1999) as Cindy's cousin Beth, almost one year after her little bother's tragic death. Couple of years later, she then appeared on a very brief nude scene with Steve Carell as a college girl with problem having her bra removed in the unrated version of 40 ans, toujours puceau (2005), then as a prostitute named JJ March on Huff (2004) in 2006, doing her second nude performance. She appeared as Meghan Carruthers, a part of the main cast of a short lived drama series What Goes On (2007). She finally retired herself from acting after her last performance on the episode "Crash" of General Hospital: Night Shift (2007) in 2008.

She is now a local residence of Kaua'i, Hawaii. She owns a business. She is a professional dancer with a musical performing dance troupe of five members including her, which most of the time performs Michael Jackson songs. She also teaches dancing, likes animals, photography and travelling. She underwent a successful back surgery for her spinal injury on 2 December, 2020.
