Biography

    • Neil moved to Toronto to attend York University, earning a degree in psychology and studying theatre and film acting. He began working on film and television productions, which included big movies such as Honey starring Jessica Alba and My Baby's Daddy starring Michael Imperioli from The Sopranos. Neil quickly discovered that getting bit parts on large movie sets was not as fulfilling as the experience he was receiving as a lead on a smaller independent productions. It was his time on set that set him exploring and learning about the aspects of filmmaking. Soon after writing his first screenplay, Highway, it was produced by Kevin Lane of Limestyle Productions. Neil not only starred in this production, but he also debuted as it's director. He has recently, he can be seen in a commercial for the Royal Bank of Canada and Lilly Dale, the television series The Smart Women Survival Guide, airing on the "W" network, episodes of Showcase's original web series Hotsnack Radio and as the leading man in Canadian R&B artist Melanie Durant's music video "Feel the Same". which will be aired on Much Music and MTV. His hip-hop group, Hit N' Run, which has played with members of G-Unit, Obi Trice, Naughty by Nature, Shawn Desmond and Swollen Members, recently completed their debut music video Hush.
