Is of Japanese & Korean descent.

He has a very unique style of playing the guitar, namely by slapping the strings. This style earned him the nickname "samurai guitarist".

Used to play soccer as a kid and teenager.

Once said that he can't be alone for a very long time and can't go a day without a hug.

He was very determined to become a professional soccer player when he was a teenager. An injury prevented him from doing so and he says that there was a big relief, like pressure was taken from him. Shortly after, he turned to music, specifically the guitar.
