Anna Smith(IV)

Anna Smith is a British film critic and broadcaster and former President of the UK Critics' Circle. She is a regular on BBC News, Sky News and BBC Radio and commentated from the Sky Cinema Oscars channel sofa throughout the live UK broadcast of the 2017 and 2018 Academy Awards. She is also co-founder and host of the feminist film review podcast Girls On Film. Her film writing can be see in Deadline Hollywood, Metro UK, Time Out London, The Guardian, Sight & Sound. Before focusing on film, Anna was the editor of Wax magazine, making her the first woman in history to edit a UK dance music magazine.
