Billy Joel Prepares For More Concert Dates – Setlist & Ticket Info
Image
The countdown to Billy Joel’s last Madison Square Garden concert has begun.

On October 20, the first of Joel’s last ten concerts at Msg kicked off to a nostalgic start as he sang his top hits like “Uptown Girl” and “Piano Man” throughout the show. That Friday, he told his fans he had “bad news” and “good news.”

“The bad news is I don’t have any new songs for you,” he said during the concert. “The good news is you don’t have to sit through songs you didn’t know that you don’t want to hear in the first place.”

Since 2014, the Grammy singer has played one show at Msg every month. The 74-year-old currently holds the most appearances at Msg and is planning to end at 150 shows next year.

Joel isn’t just focusing on his Msg shows though, as he is also going around...

Til Death Do Us Part Review: A Cheesy, Bloody Good Time
Image
Picture this: it's your wedding day. "The Bridal Chorus" is playing on the organ. You're in your gorgeous white wedding dress, with your hair and makeup done immaculately. However, you start to get overwhelmed by the wedding jitters, a very common occurrence during a bride or groom's wedding day, and get cold feet. Now, imagine that the reason for these jitters are because your husband-to-be has a shady past, filled with dead bodies in his wake. A past you are aware of, and were also somewhat part of.

For wanting out of this life filled with blood and money, you ditch your wedding day in fear, anger, and regret. However, after finding out about your escape plan, your husband-to-be sends his surprisingly heavily combat-trained groomsman after you in an effort to make this wedding go through. Not the greatest start to married life, right? This bonkers plot derived from '...

Review: Fall Out Boy Show Off Their Tightest Hooks on ‘So Much (for) Stardust’
Image
Like all the emo and pop-punk bands that blew up during the ascents of those genres in the aughts, Fall Out Boy have had their share of growing pains in the process of building a name outside of a scene. As they got bigger, they focused more on the pop element of their sound, careening into the natural fit of R&b for singer Patrick Stump’s massive vocals, arena rock, and the type of March Madness-core mess of electro-rock that would define 2018’s Mania.

For their eighth album, So Much (for) Stardust,...

Defiance season 3 episode 11 review: Of A Demon In My View
With just two episodes left, Defiance has the pieces are in place for an interesting season three finale...

This review contains spoilers.

3.11 Of A Demon In My View

The title of this episode is borrowed from a poem by Edgar Allan Poe. The whole line goes, “From the thunder and the storm / And the cloud that took the form / (When the rest of Heaven was blue) / Of a demon in my view”

How you personally mesh that with what happens on the show I’d say is up to you, but I took it as meaning that Kindzi was a constant threat and in this story she takes full form as the true nemesis of this season.

But before I get to her, I’d like to whine about how poor the opening sequence, in which Irisa was released from the overturned truck, was. People are generally unharmed when they...

Something in Common (1986)
Rihanna and Chris Brown have been rumored to be back together for months, and these days it's almost certain the entertainers are a couple once again, but according to new reports Rihanna's view of their relationship is more than a little alarming.

HollywoodLife reports that Rihanna has been telling friends that her romance with Brown reminds her another famous couple -- Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown. A source revealed to the website that Whitney and Bobby's song "Something In Common" perfectly describes her feelings for Chris.

“Their relationship is like the early Whitney and Bobby day. Ri was watching Bobby and Whitney’s “Something In Common” video the other day and said ‘This is just like Chris and me. For real though, that’s the type of fun we having right now. I love Whitney. She was my girl. Can’t nobody do it better than her," the source told HollywoodLIfe,...

Justin Bieber Gives Emotional Speech at Michael Jackson Handprint Ceremony
Justin Bieber attended Michael Jackson's hand and footprint ceremony outside Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood on Thursday, January 26. A big fan of the late King of Pop, the "Baby" hitmaker delivered a heartfelt speech. He's introduced by Mj's daughter Paris, who coyly admitted that she's a fan of the Canadian singer's.

When giving his speech, Justin admitted that he's "kind of really nervous." He said, "Basically because Michael meant so much to me and I know he meant a lot to you guys as well. He was more than entertainer. He was an inspiration the way he was kind, he was gentle and very charitable. That's why I look up to him."

"People are going to remember him for his dancing and singing, but people have to remember him for being the man that he was. I think everybody right now should give Michael a round of applause," the 17-year-old singer/songwriter went on.
