Is an avid comic book reader. Some of his favorite superheroes are Batman, Daredevil, Superman and the Scarlet Spider.

He is a big fan of Hong Kong cinema/Chinese cinema, particularly films featuring Chow Yun-Fat, Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, Jet Li, Sammo Hung, Richard Ng, Yuen Biao and Ti Lung.

Is a huge fan of '80s Japanese animation featuring mecha. Considers 1981-'86 to be the golden age of shows such as this, and his favorite series of all time is "Genesis Climber Mospeada", which aired in America as "Robotech: The New Generation".
