Mathieu Terryn is the lead singer of the popular Belgian indie-pop group Bazart. He aimed for a career as a singer as a young teenager but initially failed. From 2015 onwards, he conquered the Flemish musical landscape with his psychedelic indie band Bazart. The songs of the band are invariably made in Dutch. With his band, Terryn wants to make small art music popular in Belgium.
