Born in Canada, she lived in Toronto while earning her BFA in acting at York University. As an actress, she first appeared in 2011 in The Bright Side of the Moon (2011). Among her movies are Crimson Peak (2015) and the shorts Bullet-Headed (2014), Satisfaction (2015), As I Like Her (2015), Cherry (2016), Can't Close a Painted Eye (2016), 3-Way (Not Calling) (2016) and Come Back (2017). She also produced one movie she appeared in, Barn Wedding (2015) in 2015.
On television, she appeared in episodes of The L.A. Complex (2012), Transporter: The Series, The Next Step: Le Studio (2013), The Girlfriend Experience (2016), Dark Matter (2015) (with Conrad Coates) and Les enquêtes de Murdoch (2008). She also had a role in the 2014 TV movie La Plus Belle Fête de Noël (2014).
In 2018, she will star in the drama Goliath (2019).
