Justin Trefgarne

Justin was a theatre actor and director before joining Working Title Films as a story editor and development executive for four years. He was nominated for an Emmy for his work on the Nikelodeon Reboot of Peter Rabbit in 2014. In 2015, His debut feature Narcopolis, a futuristic thriller, was released around the world. In 2018, Justin was the lead writer on the YouTube Original Sherwood, a re-imagining of the Robin Hood myth. The pilot has achieved over 25m streams to date. Justin's episodes of the True Spies podcast have been on the front page of the Apple recommended list. His re-telling of the Lee Harvey Oswald story starring Daisy Ridley and Edward Norton was released in 2024. In 2022 he co-founded Volpix with his partner Shannon Ashlyn. He has a number of projects for film and television in active development.
