Dave is a filmmaker and comedian. In 2007 Dave appeared on TV's Dragons Den to pitch the first ever movie in the den. Dave licensed his first doc to CBC in Canada. He recently (2024) licensed two additional documentaries including the sequel to My Date with Hugh. The appearance on Dragons Den lead to him appearing on stages in Canada and the US.
