Biography

    • Conrad Kemp trained in Ireland at the Gaiety School of Acting. He worked mostly in theatre while in Ireland and the United Kingdom, including on London's West End in the Marie Jones two-hander 'Stones In His Pockets.'

      Later he began working on screen, including principal roles in the HBO, Golden Globe-nominated 'The Girl', starring Toby Jones and Sienna Miller, Jerome Salle's 'Zulu' opposite Forest Whitacker and Orlando Bloom, which closed the 69th Cannes Film Festival, Jean van der Velde's Golden Calf-winning 'Bram Fischer', and the independent neo-Western hit, 'Free State'. In 2025 he's slated to appear in the Viola Davis action film 'G20', 'Novocaine' opposite Jack Quaid, and in Gore Verbinski's 'Good Luck, Have Fun, Don't Die'.

      His debut on Broadway came in 'Romeo and Juliet' in the role of Benvolio in 2013 and 2014. He's also performed multiple times at the iconic Market Theatre in Johannesburg, South Africa.

      As a writer he's written on the documentaries 'Chasing the Sun' and 'Peak', and was Head of Story for the Emmy-nominated 'Two Sides'.
