Born and raised in Minnesota, Ric has been a professional stand-up
comedian since 1990, performing thousands of shows all across the
country at such prestigious venues as the L.A. Improv, the World Famous
Comedy Store, Ice House, Comedy Gallery, Acme Comedy Company and
Stanford's Comedy House. Ric's "Instant Comedy" and energetic style
make for unforgettable one-of-a-kind shows.

Ric was a semi-finalist in the American Accolades Screenplay Competition with his script "Stand-up and Deliver". A former computer forensics expert, Ric is also lead singer for the classic metal band Deafend Spirits, black belt instructor, criminal defense attorney, and owner of Ric McCloud's Comedy Cabaret.
