Biography

    • Bianca Malinowski, daughter of a Polish diplomat and a Puerto Rican school teacher, was born and raised in east Texas. After high school she attended St.Edwards University in Austin, TX, where she initially enrolled as a political science major, but on the first day of classes switched to theatre. While at St. Ed's she performed in such classics as "A Midsummer Night's Dream" (as "Puck"), "The Way of the World" (as "Millamont") and Eugene O'Neill's "Ah, Wilderness!" (as "Muriel McComber").

Soon after graduation Bianca landed her first co-starring role in Nora Roberts Lifetime Channel movie Un amour éternel (2009), alongside Faye Dunaway and Jerry O'Connell. The film motivated her to move to Los Angeles, where she soon nabbed leads in several independent films. Her role in Through the Eye (2014) earned her a Female Action Star of the Year nomination at the Action on Film Festival.

In 2011 Bianca co-founded Lightworker Entertainment, a production company devoted to raising the human consciousness through film and television. Since its inception Lightworker has produced several independent feature and short films. The short Beyond (2013) was optioned by SyFy Channel/Universal to be made into a feature.

In 2014 Bianca secured a recurring role in the AMC period drama Halt and Catch Fire (2014) as Debbie. The role was initially set to be a revolving door of day players, but turned into a series regular. She appeared in eight of the 10 episodes as Joe's (Lee Pace) lovable secretary.
