After graduating from art school, Stefan became a free-lance illustrator, comic book artist, and musician. Being an avid martial artist, he won the title of German Wushu Champion multiple times and joined the German National Wushu Team in 1988. For many years, he also ran his own martial arts club in Braunschweig, Germany.
In 2002, he moved to China, mainly living and working in Hong Kong and Shanghai, where he earned his spurs as a full-time stuntman and actor. He appeared in numerous Chinese TV series, movies, and commercials, as well as international film productions and short films.
Seven years later, the multifaceted artist returned to Germany to continue his acting and stunt work in local film and television productions. He is now also an award-winning independent filmmaker, writer, and director.
