Starting in film with extras casting and coordinating live events from years as a cage fighting promoter Jim has brought years of promoting to his producing career. Expert in New Mexico crew and film incentives he has become one of the few "go to" physical producers in the state.

As an actor Jim brings real life experiences to his dramatic performances and has been broadening his range with roles in westerns, holiday films, and tv appearances.
