New York Festivals International Television & Film Awards, First Place for the Best On-Campus TV Station category. Chicago/Midwest Emmy Awards, Best Student Production Nomination from the Television Academy. These all were group awards for Chicago's Columbia College 2010 Frequency TV series of "Debbie's Got Class" in which Joel played the lead role of Principal Pinman.
