- Tanya has appeared in several musical theatre productions with her favorite role having been 'Bombalurina' in CATS.
- As a member of the Toronto Marlies' 'cheer team', Tanya was twice called upon to sing the Canadian and American national anthem game openers.
- Tanya spent one year dancing with the Toronto Argonauts football team cheer group the 'Dance Pack' and appeared in one of their fundraiser calendars.
- Tanya is an advocate for Mental Health Awareness and is a founding partner in the 'We're Totally Not OK' pod-casting series.
- She accomplished her grade 5 ballet certificate through the Checchetti Council of America, and her grade 5 vocal certificate through the Royal Conservatory of Music.
