[on an average day what marks out of ten would you give yourself in the looks department?] I don't feel "ten" every single day. The song's about how we should be able to feel "ten" all the time. We dress a lot for other people and think: "Oh my gosh, I don't have my best shoes on, I'm not wearing make-up" - we dress for the world and that's when we feel at our worst. You can't please everyone. My "ten" days are when I'm in jeans and flat shoes. I don't seek validation from others' opinions.

[asked if the lyrics for "Pretty Girl Rock" are tongue-in-cheek] I suppose. On first listen you might think I'm just a rude, conceited bitch but if you listen to it again you might hear the air of confidence, which is what the song is really about.

I just take everyday as it comes. I wear a different hat everyday whether it's screenwriting or acting or songwriting or decorating or doing real estate. I have all these different modes. Everyday I wake up with a goal and it's not necessarily in the same realm and I love it.
