Jo Pratta is a singer/ songwriter, actress, filmmaker and dancer in a long love affair with the arts. Her professional relationship with the performing arts has led her to countries such as the United States, Singapore, Malaysia, and Japan.

In Malaysia, in 2008, was part of "Short+Sweet Malaysia" Theatre Festival, winning along with the international cast and crew, the prize for "Best Overall Production."

Jo always had an intense passion for words and music and in 2014, completed the Specialist Certificate in General Music Studies from Berklee College of Music. Jo's debut album "Mystical Ride" as a singer/songwriter, released in 2015, is rich with Brazilian rhythms and that powerful energy that her home country emanates, making everybody get up and dance.

In January 2016, Jo completed an M.A. in Film & Multimedia at the New York Film Academy. In June 2016, Jo won the Bronze Medal at the Global Music Awards 2016 for Album (Mystical Ride) and Female Vocalist.

Presently, Jo lives in Los Angeles, combining her many cultural experiences and love for the arts, and pursuing her passion for acting, singing and directing.
