    • Ryan Serhant is an American real-estate mogul, producer, TV personality, hand model, public speaker, author, podcast host, content creator, and film actor. He is best known as the star of Bravo's Emmy-winning Million Dollar Listing New York (2012) and as the founder and CEO of Serhant, a multidimensional real estate brokerage that sits at the intersection of media, entertainment, education, and technology. Serhant was also the producer and star of Sell It Like Serhant (2018) and appeared in the film While We're Young (2014) alongside Ben Stiller, Naomi Watts, and Adam Driver.

      Serhant graduated from Hamilton College in 2006 with degrees in English literature and theater. After college, he moved to New York City for a starring role on the iconic soap opera As the World Turns (1956).

      Always up for a challenge, Serhant took the advice of a friend and decided to pursue a career in real estate. For over a decade, Serhant led the # 1-ranked residential real estate sales team in New York City. In September 2020, during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic and amid uncertain market conditions, he decided to strike out on his own and launch his own brokerage. Serhant. is a content-to-commerce mobile-first real estate ecosystem with a first-of-its-kind in-house film studio. Under his leadership, Serhant. has expanded from its launch in New York to markets in Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, and South Florida.

      Serhant's extraordinary success brought him back to television when he was least expecting it. Producers of a real estate television series cast him in a starring role. The series, Bravo's Million Dollar Listing New York (2012), was a huge ratings success and airs internationally. His television career has expanded to include appearances on 20/20 (1978), NBC, ABC, CNN, Buzzfeed, CNBC, Today (1952), The Insider, and Bloomberg TV, among others. Serhant is frequently quoted in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Wall Street Journal China, the Boston Herald, the New York Post, and the New York Daily News. He is also a contributor to Forbes, where he writes a column about real estate, sales, and branding.

      Serhant is the author of two best-selling books, Sell It Like Serhant: How to Sell More, Earn More, and Become the Ultimate Sales Machine and Big Money Energy: How to Rule at Work, Dominate Life, and Make Millions. Following the release of his first book, he developed the Sell It Like Serhant digital course and education platform to teach others how to master the art of sales to succeed in any profession. He also hosts the iHeartRadio Original Podcast, "Big Money Energy with Ryan Serhant," and serves as executive producer of Listed, a dedicated YouTube network for entertaining lifestyle and real estate shows featuring the firm's diverse up-and-coming real estate agents.

      Serhant takes pride in his accomplishments and his success has allowed him to help others. He supports several non-profit organizations, including Share Our Strength, Habitat for Humanity, the Human Rights Campaign, Charity Water, Feeding America, the Ali Forney Center, the NYC Sanitation Foundation, and Project Sunshine. In 2021, Serhant was named the national ambassador for the American Cancer Society's "Real Men Wear Pink" initiative, which raised over $12 million for breast cancer research.
