Destin Jude Pfaff is an American businessman, reality television personality, film producer, writer and entertainer. He is known for co-starring on the matchmaking reality series, The Millionaire Matchmaker, on Bravo TV. He is also known for writing and producing the cult film, Sushi Girl. He is the co-founder and CEO of Love And Matchmaking, a highly-rated personal matchmaking service and love coaching company.

Pfaff was born in Santa Barbara, CA, and was raised in Fairbanks, AK. He spent his teenage years as a successful DJ in California, where he graduated from San Marcos High School. After some college, he moved to Los Angeles county, where he lives with his wife and business partner, Rachel Federoff, and their two young boys, Sin Halo and Ever Reign.

Pfaff is a respected entrepreneur, producer, entertainer and matchmaker. Prior to founding his elite matchmaking business in February 2014, he worked as COO of Patti Stanger's Millionaires Club for nearly ten years. During this time, he was also a regular public speaker at global events on filmmaking, business and relationships including Comikaze, Reality Rocks, Digital Hollywood, USC, Woman's Show Calgary, Comic-Con, Fantasia, Supanova and beyond.

Pfaff is an acclaimed film producer and writer. His film, Sushi Girl, starring Tony Todd, Star Wars' Mark Hamill and legendary martial arts master Sonny Chiba, was released by Magnolia Pictures/Magnet Releasing. Pfaff is slated to direct the horror film, A Violent Intent, in summer 2024.

In 2008, Pfaff co-starred on the pilot episode of Millionaire Matchmaker on the Bravo TV Network, which starred and was produced by Patti Stanger. The hour-long show followed Stanger and her matchmaking staff at her company, Millionaire's Club. Each episode featured two millionaires that needed the services of a matchmaker. They would date and receive coaching from the staff in hopes of a happy ending. Once the show was picked up to season after the pilot, Pfaff co-starred in every episode through Seasons 6. With his wild hair, snarky personality, and no patience for Stanger's tirades, Pfaff quickly became a fan favorite and irreplaceable member of the cast. Rachel Federoff joined Millionaire Matchmaker on Season 2 of the show. Already well into a relationship with Pfaff, she would go on to costar through Season 6 of the show, allowing the general public glimpses into her and Pfaff's personal lives.

In April 2009, Pfaff joined Stanger as co-host of her XM Satellite Radio show P.S. I Love You for XM Satellite Radio. The live call-in program also featured Federoff on a regular basis.

In 2013, Pfaff, along with his producing partners Kern Saxton, Neal Fischer and Suren Suron, released their well-publicized film, Sushi Girl, via Magnolia Pictures/Magnet Releasing. The story of torture and revenge was an instant hit with audiences and critics alike. From its sharp wit, elegant filming and Tarantinoesque vibe, plus a cast that included Tony Todd, Mark Hamill, Noah Hathaway, James Duvall, Danny Trejo, Michael Biehn, David Dastmalchian, Pfaff and Sonny Chiba, Sushi Girl immediately cemented itself in the annals of cult history.

In 2007 Pfaff and Federoff started dating. Their romance was swift, and was regularly featured on Millionaire Matchmaker. Pfaff's first son made multiple appearances on the show, as did promotion for his film Sushi Girl. In September of 2011, Pfaff and Federoff got married in New York City. They refused to allow tapping of their event, as it was "only meant for us". Pfaff has made regular television appearances and has been featured in numerous publications including People Magazine, Travel+Leisure, Bustle, Reader's Digest, Yahoo! Life, Business Insider, Askmen, Loveline, NBC News, OK!, and Oprah Magazine, and has been parodied by Saturday Night Live and MAD Magazine.

In 2014, Pfaff and Federoff "broke the internet" with their announcement they were leaving Millionaire Matchmaker. To the dismay of their international fans, Pfaff and Federoff quit the Millionaires Club and Millionaire Matchmaker before the start of filming Season 7 began. Speculation ranged from Stanger's personality being the inciting incident to that Stanger just "let them go" to Federoff being pregnant to Pfaff and Federoff getting their own television show. When asked directly during an online fan Q and A, Pfaff stated, "It was just time. Too much toxicity in the air. We needed to focus on each other and our kids." Federoff added, "We also wanted to do something that could truly help get some love back into the world." Pfaff continued, "And we had some creative endeavors we wanted to explore. It was just time. So... we quit. All of it. We just quit." Federoff closed out the topic with the statement, "Yes, we did. We had to." The show only lasted two more seasons without them. The show ran from January 22, 2008 - March 29, 2015. In 2016, Pfaff and Federoff reunited with Stanger briefly for a season of WETV's Million Dollar Matchmaker.

In 2014, Pfaff and Federoff stated that "the world needs love again... the world needs REAL matchmakers". They immediately launched the national matchmaking site Love and Matchmaking to high client ratings and a staggering success rate.

Reruns of Millionaire Matchmaker on Netflix and Prime have been celebrated by fans.
